Application Description:
Used to test the electrical insulation of dry powder fire extinguishing agents
Instrument components:
This instrument consists of a pressure test bench, a test cup, electrodes, and a drop test bench.

1. Test cup: The test cup has a pair of disc-shaped flat electrodes installed on the same axis, and the cup body is made of high insulation material that does not absorb moisture.
2. The distance between the disc-shaped electrode and the test cup should not be less than 13mm. The distance between the top of the test cup and the top of the disc-shaped electrode shall not be less than 32mm.
3. The test cup can be disassembled, cleaned, and polished, and the distance between the two disc-shaped electrodes can be adjusted.
4. The disc-shaped flat electrode is made of polished brass plate, with a diameter of 25mm, a thickness of not less than 3mm, and edges at right angles: the distance between the two electrode plates is 2.50 ± 0.01mm

Operation process:
1. Connect the power supply: Connect the power supply of the drop test bench and high-voltage test bench
2. Prepare the test sample according to the requirements of GB4066.1-2004 and pour it into the test cup
3. Fix the test cup on the drop test bench, set the frequency and number of drops, with a standard requirement of 500 drops and a frequency of 60 drops per minute; After the drop test is completed, carefully remove the test cup and place it on a clean and well insulated workbench
4. Clamp the high-voltage test connection wires onto the left and right electrodes of the test cup, and then turn on the power of the high-voltage tester. Set the test time, test voltage, and test current (standard requirement 1mA)
5. After setting, press the start button, and the instrument will automatically complete the experiment based on the budget data.
